Hey, everybody. Welcome to you. We're born for this podcast with Father John Ricardo, Mary

Guilfoyle. We're a couple of missionaries at Acts 29. This is the podcast where we talk about the

Word of God, most especially the first reading for the Sunday coming up at Mass and how it brings

hope and confidence and trust and an understanding of what we're supposed

to be doing with our lives right now as we go about this age that God has chosen us to live in.

And Mary, we are out on mission in Vancouver.

We're out of the country.

This is our, think about it, this is really our first international mission.

Yeah, I guess it kind of is. We were in Ireland last year, and that was somewhat of a mission, but that was more friendship.

Yeah. But we got a lot of international missions coming up, actually. We'll talk about those

in the weeks and months ahead. Yes, we do. And I just want to mention as we look ahead

towards what God has invited us to do,

we have more and more friends around the world now than we did five years ago.

Yeah, we hear daily from people in Germany, in Monaco, in France, in Australia, in Canada, in Israel, South Africa.

God is on the move.

Yes, he is.

Which is, we love sharing all of that with use because it's so important to know that we're not

alone, right?

That's exactly right.

That, you know, Paul tells us all the time, the gospel is power, and we're seeing the

effects of that power.

People are being touched by the word of God and uses us in some way here in Acts 29 to help
