And so I got weak. I got so weak from that you know

I lived in the Boston area my entire life until I was like 28 and then moved to California

I was like oh, it's so nice. I can run in my shorts all year long

And I came back here last year and I was just like oh

It's just the the shielding that you have is a new as a you know northern climate person just it goes away

It goes away. It doesn't take that long either

I spent a year in California and that was it for me

And then I moved right from there to Canada that first year in Canada and Ontario was rough
