tape arc that's still fairly young, but from your own experiences, you know, it's got quite an interesting

sort of path to, you know, when you guys started the company. But maybe just talk about

the founding in 2018, but how it really came to be and also a bit of your history, because

just to put into perspective, you're in Dallas at the moment, You're American born, but you lived majority of your

life now, I think in Perth, where I come from. So there's an interesting connection here. So

let's talk about you first in the history and let's say what made you start Taipark.
