but you sound like you are. Yesterday I got like three hours of sleep because a

friend stayed over for the weekend and then she ended up getting a train at

six in the morning which meant we have to get up at five in the morning to get it to the train and then I just stayed up and last night I crashed so I got about five hours of sleep last night which is like oh my god that's like sleeping beauty for me

getting like five hours of sleep so how you do that that doesn't make any sense to me I just my

I physically cannot do that my body just doesn't work if I don't get more than that.

You know what I know I need to go to sleep?

Like last night, I was editing the Fitzall Podcasts and I'm sitting here

and then I like, my head is down and I wake up like,

oh, I'm at the computer editing. I guess I should go to bed now.

I felt completely asleep while I was editing and like my head was in my chest.

It's like, oh, oh, it's like time traveling. It's like oh, I was late night walking and now I'm here at the editing station

I just can't do it. I don't know. I mean when I was younger I used to stay up and like I'd get

working on a coding project or something like we built a few games and I would get really

into what I was doing you know and I'd look down and it'd be three, four in the morning and I'm still coding and still wide awake and just like amped and would have to pull myself away.

Now it's like, oh, it's like 1130, If I don't go to bed right now, I'm going to feel it in the morning.

I got a, whoa.

So I'm just getting old. I don't know.
