All right, folks, welcome back to another interview episode of the Human Performance Outliers

0:17.7

podcast. I am your host, Zach Bitter. Today I am welcoming in a very

0:23.6

exciting guest, I think for me and a lot of the listeners. This one is Ben Patrick or more well

0:30.9

known as the knees over toes guy. So Ben has a really, really interesting backscore story about just having the worst issues with his own needs to the point where it jeopardized his athletic career, essentially.

1:50.8

moving in positions you didn't really expect it to and you need to be ready for those type of

1:55.2

positions basketball may be one of the best examples of that when you're jumping and moving

2:00.6

laterally forward backwards and all sorts of angles and things like that.

2:04.6

You need to have strong support so that you don't damage areas that are vulnerable to impact forces.

2:11.2

So Ben had me come out and meet him while he was here in Austin and walked me through a workout that
