Sneak, sneak into the wild card in dramatic fashion on the last day of the season,

not the last game because it was a

double-headed and then threw the wild card around and sitting pretty.

There's nothing like it and they hadn't played at I keep wanting to say Shay

Stadium and my son keeps hitting me over the head when I say that so another sign of my dotage but the city field was just an unbelievable

scene yesterday but I have to admit, if the playoffs were the way I would design them,

the Mets wouldn't be in them.

So I kind of, I feel your pain because I think I'm enjoying the series which is just like icing on the on the cake in a way

Enjoying it in a way that you can't because I think if you have a season like the Yankees had

where you're the best team all along

and everyone expects you to win,

this three out of five series, which for a one seat is always going to be against somebody who shouldn't be in the

playoffs has to be a nightmare.

I mean it's just a nightmare.

Yeah, I'm not very optimistic about the Yankees chances at the moment, but we'll see I shared with a friend that this is my gut instinct he's like no it's not you're just it's the innate pessimism of a fan you know wanting to temper your expectations but maybe it is I still think they're going to
