It's Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

And so I wanted to talk a little bit about Mr. Martin Luther King. And I'm going to start this episode off. I'm not having a good day today. My daughter called me this morning with some potentially terrible news from a diagnosis she got from the

doctor and so I was contemplating whether I was going to do an episode today because I have not

had a good day. If y'all know me and my daughter, y'all know we are thickest thieves.

She is my person and she is a daddy's girl and so yeah she did not have some good uh good news from

her doctor today and so if you pray i ask that you pray for my angel hannah and um you always see me

sharing things of hers on facebook uh She's into fitness, and so she's trying to share that with everybody else.

And so I was not going to do an episode today.

But I am going to do one.

I got a few things to talk about.

We've got some things to read.

I'm going to go over. The hot topic for social media was the OIG report on the loss of funds because of mismanagement and noncompliance and grievance payouts.

Astronomical.

I'm going to talk a little bit about that.

I'm going to read some sites for you because I talked

about Article 17, Wine Garden Rights. People are talking about what do we do in the investigative

interview for new shop stewards. So I'm going to do that because I said I would. And I'm going to

read a letter from somebody that's got some S&C concerns,
