This is a really weird scenario for me to be in because I have I have anxiety and have

OCD and have periods of like OCD flare-ups where I am quite paranoid about

specifically contamination for me germphobia is very much the thing I have

frequently have periods where I'm very worried about contamination to the point that when I was a child I wouldn't roll my sleeves up because I didn't want to touch the sleeves to contaminate my hands. So I would constantly have wet sleeves from washing my hands constantly and not rolling my sleeves up.

And at other points I've had like the backs of my hands start bleeding from washing them so often.

Like I am super paranoid when it comes to contamination.

Suddenly we have a contamination risk.

Within a space about 24 hours it was it literally flipped overnight yeah

I was totally fine then I don't even know what the trigger was and I thought oh no no this is shit this is like

properly she oh and it certainly seems to me part of it is that the big thing that both of you were worrying about is you're worried about contaminating other people.

That's my only concern is that I don't know that I am good enough and remember things enough

to not pick up little germi things.

Which is never going to be a concern for me because I literally do that for a job
