I mentioned yesterday at the end of the show that we were going to pre-record a show for today.

My daughter's graduating fifth grade.

My son, he's got his, you know, he says it doesn't matter, but he's graduating eighth grade.

They're both moving into their next school.

And so they've got some big, you know, just celebrations around that.

So we wanted to be, I wanted to be with them and my family for that here on this Friday. So I'm going to pre-record this on a Thursday to move into that. By the way, programming note, Monday is also Memorial Day. That's one of the days that we take off. So we'll have no show for you on Monday. But we wanted to pre-record the show for today. And lo and behold, so much stuff has fallen into our lap that we feel

like we have to talk about. So this is a show recorded the day before you see it. But my goodness,

we're having to cram it all in just to get it in there. A lot going on here right now. We'll give you

some of this coming up in a minute. Let me begin with this.

And maybe this is a necessary pumping of the breaks from where we've been the last few weeks.

I have talked so much. We're continuing to collect your bold predictions. We're to give more of those out here in the days to come. But I have talked so much recently about my overall optimism

for Georgia for the upcoming year. I truly believe,

and Conner Riley outright predicted, but I truly believe that Georgia could win the national

championship here this year, and there are a lot of reasons that I feel that way, but maybe

for someone like me who is a Georgia fan, I do a show for the Georgia

fans, there's always going to be a natural incentive built into our structure of just saying

the best, most positive, happiest things about UGA.

And while it's fun to do that kind of stuff, especially rolling into a holiday weekend.
