For over 350 years, the state of South Carolina has been the setting for some of the most horrendous crimes ever committed.

Some have gained global notoriety. Some have been forgotten. And others have been swept under the rug completely.

Now, two South Carolina natives and true crime enthusiasts have teamed up to examine these heinous acts in detail,

giving their perspective of the evil that has resided in the Palmetto State.

Danielle's put together a little collection of some recently resolved ones.

Not necessarily recently committed crimes, but some in favor of the defendant.

Some not.

Yeah.

And it's going to be really interesting here the next

couple weeks, and we're going to listen to those, but thank you so much. Well, these I did,

it was actually kind of not funny, but interesting. As I'm researching them and writing this and

putting it together, the parallels between these two cases, two different parts of the state um time has passed before

any kind of resolution kind of sort of resolution and one and just a lot like and even just

details within them i'm like this like it's just weird but yeah, and the timelines matched up almost exactly. And I was like, wait a minute.

And you almost have to go, this isn't the same, right? Like, this isn't the same. And very different

circumstances, but just weirdly similar to each other. Yeah, and it's cool. You're going to be

doing one this week, one next week.
