It's important to remember we've been here before, and I mean that in that.

Yesterday, Georgia got a little bit of a recruiting setback,

a little bit of disappointing news, hoping to perhaps add a four-star quarterback, top 100 player,

Peter Bork to the 2027 class.

Ultimately, though, Bork chose to go elsewhere, going to James Franklin and Virginia Tech.

And even in the era of like, say,

a few years ago, where it really seemed like Georgia was getting any recruit it wanted, all the

recruits all the time, just an open pipeline of talent being pumped into this program,

there were still a few times per year where we would be forced to say,

how come Georgia didn't get this guy and what's going on here? And there was the meme that was

created of. And it was one of those things that probably got used seriously a couple of times.

And then it got used ironically, sarcastically, eight million times. The what's wrong with uGA recruiting you remember that

there was there was a meme that was going on there i would say for the summer of 2018 it was a

real thing because for a while george spranged pretty low then guys started joining up georgia

got the number one class for the most part after that you've had this

meme related to the the Dumers when it comes to certain Georgia recruiting setbacks ever since

them so even in the golden age of my gosh George got the number one class it's getting all

these five stars there would always be an element, you're not quite getting everybody you want.
