This week I talk to Diane Hamilton of Two Arrows Zen Center about her new book, The Zen of You and Me. Diane epitomizes how beautifully a mature mindfulness practice can show up in an elegant, integrated and dynamic human being. 1:05.7 | So as she's doing her Zen thing and taking us to the depths and heights of human consciousness, |

1:23.2 | about how there's a lot of talk these days about starting a mindfulness practice and getting the right technique. |
1:30.5 | But really, the technique falls short unless we can actually see the technique embodied and exemplified in a human being. |
1:40.3 | And Diane Hamilton has always been an elegant example of a human being to me and has shown me what a mature mindfulness practice shows up like in the world. |
