Summary

Every year, hundreds of thousands try out for the CrossFit Games. Only a few make it. Nick Urankar is one of those few. Having competed in the games several times, as well as owning gyms and coaching fitness, it's safe to say that Nick knows how to train his body. He also knows about defeat, as he's seen years of training lost to injuries. In this episode, Nick talks to Davey about training, falling, getting back up, and the faith and trust in God that's woven through every part of that.
