He's anointed by Jesus and you're going to hear it in his voice. Yeah, there's so much that I want to say. I want to get right into this.

I've never seen anything so powerful in my life, ever in my life until I saw what this man has been through.

And look, there's life in Jesus, but without him, we don't have anything.

So it's real important.

I want to welcome my friend Keith Mitzel

to the podcast. It's good to be here. He's doing really well. It's exciting. He actually lives

right across the street from me and he's a powerful man of God. Let's just pray because this is

intense and I want to prepare myself to cry my

guts out today because this is something that I've been able to be intimately involved in

and see the redemption and what does it look like to truly be like Christ. Because Jesus,

you paid a price for us to be Christ-like. You paid a price for us to be separate

from the world, to come out, be separate, and to actually represent you to a lost and dying world.

And I've watched Keith do that, his wonderful wife, Gail. They are powerful in the kingdom.

So, Father, thank you. I ask you to let every heart be open to hear and to

receive in the name of Jesus, God. Thank you so much in Jesus' name. Amen. All right.

I've known Keith for years. First time I met Keith, Keith was a different man that he is today.

2005, 2005. And it was at a Dan Mueller, Dan Mueller service. Dan was preaching on healing and, and, uh, Keith was there in the crowd. And I remember Keith, like, raising his hand and Dan was preaching. Oh yeah? Well, then what about?

And Keith just brought it.

And I think you were talking about Joni Erickson. The first time I ever heard you. Were you there that time? I was there, bro. I know you were that service. Oh, it was there. I was there. You were sitting there with Gail and you're like, oh, yeah? Well, then. and you were contentious, and it was intense. But you had a lot of questions, you know? And yeah, where were you at right there, man? Well, let me tell you what happened. Yeah, yeah. It really got me. So, okay. So, Gail got saved. Like, God used me, like he used Balaam's donkey to touch him.

One night we come back to a weekend of party and she says, I don't understand how we have all this fun and you're not happy. And I said, this ship is sinking. I had got caught up in Hebrew 6'4. I thought that I had taste of the Lord and I was going to hell. I didn't know James 5, 19 and 20. and I have to thank you for helping to bring the wandering brother back because you did.

But I just thought I was condemned. So one night I said, look, I'm going to do you a favor. I'm going to put this woman on TV that girls like. Her name's Joyce Meyer. Todd, I turned a TV on and there she is. For the first time in her life, she got convicted of the things we're doing, tear streaming down her face. And she gives her life to Jesus. You know, she's a competing bodybuilding. A week later, I find out a, I see an angel pen in her workout book with a sinner's prayer. I'm like, great. Bonnie and Clyde have just split up. She left me for the Lord. Explain Bonnie and Clyde, because these people don't understand what you guys were in. Bonnie and Clyde were American criminals that did a lot of crazy stuff, but they were lovers, right? Gail and I, how much of this you want me to share? Go deep. Go deep. Okay, we were swingers. Okay. What does that mean? It means we had an open marriage and we had sex with other people and we go to clubs and do these things. I had, you know, the Bible says, right, Paul writes, if this is all there is, eat, drink, and be merry for tomorrow you die. So I thought this was all I had. So I was just going to enjoy my life, assuming I was headed to hell. It was consensual. She wanted to do these things. She was a bad girl back then, but she didn't know. And I thought I knew
