draft starting tomorrow. Cody Chavins put a great video together on Zachariah Branch. So all

of that here's coming up in just a little bit, but I did want to continue the conversation we've had

going the last few days about what we saw from G-Day.

And in particular, there was a lot I liked about the Georgia defense from this past Saturday.

And I kind of want to explain it this way.

And gosh knows, if y'all are listening and watching us every day, you heard plenty of this.

We talked so much about what I thought was a very clear mission for Georgia defensively.

Kirby Smart said, we want to be more disruptive.

We want a disruptive defense.

And I think we've had fun in examining what exactly might Kirby mean by disruption? What could that

look like? And it always comes back to a couple of different things. Year ago, Georgia did not

have very good past rushing stats. Now, typically speaking, even the best Georgia defenses, probably

with the exclusion of 2021 where they had 49 sacks, the best Georgia

defenses aren't always statistical juggernauts. Georgia's success isn't always easily measured by

the numbers that sports fans are most fluent with. But a year ago, you probably diminished
