It is Tuesday evening and I will be joined momentarily by Gabe Burns of the AJC, good friend of the program,

and shouts to Gabe, who was a fantastic guest and does a great job on the beat over at the AJC.

He will be coming again in a second. There isn't a ton happening for the Braves at this point in time. The Padres stole all the headlines earlier this week in baseball with a couple of moves,

including Blake Snell and Udarvish.

There was a couple of things touched on in the last week or so.

My apologies for the lack of content, but as everybody knows at this point in time,

the Braves have been pretty quiet, which we'll discuss with Gabe momentarily. But legendary pitcher Phil Dicro passed away a few

days ago at the age of 81. Obviously, a heck of a life there. So, you know, RIP to him, a Hall of Famer.

He won 316 games. And by the way, is a top 20 all-time player in terms of wins, a five-time

All-Star, five-time gold glove winner. He led the league in complete games and innings four different times. He had a 21-year career with the Braves with a low-3s ERA, which is

very, very impressive quite obviously. And even beyond the field, you know, I didn't know him,

obviously. I'm too young to have watched him play. At the same time, his reputation was glowing. You saw a lot of, you know, I would say an outpouring of respect for him in the last couple of days.

So, shout's to Phil Necro, a legend.
