Very interesting stuff coming out of the SEC over the course of the last 24 hours.

And we would say that the Georgia Bulldogs and Kirby Smart are right at the center of it.

So over the course of the next few minutes together, my goal here is to do three things.

First of all, tell you what everybody is talking about here today.

In doing that, I'm going to acknowledge, I think the number

one response is not the, it's not the unanimous consensus of dog nation, but the majority of

Georgia fans that I've heard from on this particular topic have said a certain thing. We will

pay due diligence on that.

We'll talk about what all of this means in the present tense.

And then I'm going to conclude all of this before we bring on Jeff Sintel and do some

UGA recruiting talk by explaining to you why of all the issues facing college athletics

right now, this is the one that makes me most concern for college football's future,

more so than Transfer Portal, more so than NIL,

more so than any other scary thing looming on the horizon.

It is this particular issue that I think has the potential to cause the sport we all love,

especially in this part of the country where we love it the most, a lot of trouble.
