Skeptics with a K is a really long-running podcast now. It's weird.

Because podcasts, not a lot of podcasts get to be as old as we are.

No, that's true. Although many go past the number of episodes we've done.

Yes, because we only do the every other weekend.

But it doesn't count if you're doing it every week or a couple a week.

You shouldn't be allowed to episode number by the actual number of episodes. It should just be duration.

Duration. Sure duration. Well the first time I did this intro I was saying 2009 and there I am now saying

20-20 which is obscene. 2020, which is obscene.

You know, it is obscene that we've been doing this show for so long.

On the plus side, we probably won't live to see 2030, what with everything going on in the world,

so you won't have to extend that any further than that.

Yeah more on that later. The Australian bush fires will just spread to the

northern hemisphere how it's how it's finally out of control it's getting.

Somehow the river the seas will be on fire and you'll still have people saying

well we don't know that this is climate change. No one knew us are coming no one could

have possibly predicted. Have you seen the reports from Australia about 15 years ago that said if we don't tackle

things soon the estimates are that bushfires will be wildly out of control by roundabout
