lose and maintain health and fitness goals oh boy i really am not a fan of that uh no no i know

you're not which is why I enjoy doing it.

And in the same way that you like holding people's things against them that they don't like.

Like when you find out somebody, like doesn't like something.

Yeah, like cauliflower or ukuleleys.

Yeah, yeah.

You immediately want to give them a ukulele made from cauliflower.

Exactly.

But you know what? More than 100 years of experience, I'm actually going to give you, I don't know, how

older dinosaurs do you even know?

Well, you mean like they were from like, you know, billions of years ago.

So do you know what predates dinosaurs?
