Dean Fyello worked in construction before being employed at a day spa and then a dermatologist's office where he became skilled at hair removal.

In 1996, he began his own practice called skinvations, where he began impersonating a doctor.

The medical spa offered blood vessel removal, electrolysis, laser hair removal, laser

skin treatments, tattoo removal, facials, and more that Fyello was not qualified to do.

Fyello was fraudulently practicing medicine as a dermatologist when he was

arrested by the New York Police Department in October of 2002 after one of his quote-unquote

patients was reported missing and suspected dead. So we will be talking about that case over on

in the early 2000s. And I have a lot of information, so why don't we just jump right in?

Peter Falconio was born on September 20th, 1972 in Yorkshire, England. He was the third of four boys to parents Joan and

Luciano. In 1996, Peter was 24 years old, and out at a local nightclub in Huddersfield,

when he looked across the dance floor

and spotted the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. Joanne Lees was 23 years old at the time,

and had a short black bob and piercing blue eyes. After gathering the courage to go and talk to her

that night, the two hit it off, and the rest was history. Joanne had been born on September 25,

1973. The two were almost a year apart. She was an only child, and for the first 11 years of her life,
