Today we're going to have a buddy of mine, Mark Vivas, on the podcast.

He is the head coach at New Breed, Brazilian Jitsu in north of Chicago.

I've known that guy for some years that, you know, I didn't really know him all that well until about, I think it was, we, we would always see each other because you just see him. And like, he's a pretty fiery competitor when he goes and he's like screaming and yell. And like, yeah, let's go, you know. And then, um, he would compete and, you know, good competitor. And then I remember we competed against each other, not he and I directly, but we had a team tournament back in 2000, early 2013.

And it was like me, Chad and Kyle, one of my coaches versus Mark and two of his guys.
