0:46.5	Now, I wouldn't categorize this as like monumental news, but this is worth noting a potential
0:51.4	site for the commander's next stadium that has emerged in addition to these three Virginia
0:57.0	sites that came up recently is Land Over Maryland, as in right next to FedEx field.
1:06.5	W USA 9 broke the news, spoke with Prince George's county delegate, Jazz Lewis, he said that
1:13.2	talks with the commanders about a new stadium in Prince George's county date back roughly
1:18.3	two years and include four more aggressive plans than just a facelift for FedEx field.
1:25.0	Lewis said that the discussions have focused on building FedEx fields replacement on undeveloped
1:30.7	land adjacent to the current FedEx field site in Land Over in a design plan that does not
1:37.3	interfere with existing residents.
1:40.1	Now, this has come up before the idea of the commanders next stadium being right next
1:44.2	to FedEx field.
1:45.2	Keep in mind, Dan Snyder already owns the 200 or so acres that feature FedEx field and
