Yeah, of course.

So you are really, in a lot of ways, man of the moment. Hey, good to see you. Yeah, of course. So you are really,

in a lot of ways, man of the moment. I already talked to you once this week for breaking points,

but even since I spoke with you for breaking points, you've broken even more stories about,

you know, what is going on internally at DHS and with ICE. So why don't you start by breaking

down what you were able to learn about the secret

lists that are being compiled within these agencies, not just of activists, but really trying

to chart out these networks of activists, their family and friends, people who may not even be

involved in the protest activity in Minneapolis or anywhere else?

Yeah. So a couple weeks ago, I was alarmed by something a Border Patrol agent told me,

which is that they'd been directed to collect intelligence, license plates, biometric data,

like photos of people's faces. Any protester that's recording ICE, they were told to record them

and bring that information back, running up the flagpole for, quote, Intel to do a quote, run up on them. And so I asked him, I was like, what is it run up? He goes, oh, we put their license plates and personal data into some database. And I said, what happens after that? He goes, I don't know. Because they just, you know, they're functionaries. They punch things in. They don't know who it goes to next. They don't have the complete picture. Yeah, exactly. So that made me curious. I started asking around. Then CNN reported a couple days ago, also that they had been directed to do that. And they actually got a document showing the Intel collection sort of directive.

And so after that, I was like, okay, I got to find out what this is.

So I started talking to more senior people at DHS, and they described to me that this stuff

is being put into a bunch of scattered, like lists that they have for different purposes.

Some are for tracking protesters like pro-Palestinian protesters.
