For those of us who like to watch football, can you believe how good it's been as of late?

I'm not even that big of an NFL fan, but these wild card and then divisional weekend, most of the games were just thrilling.

I thought the Miami-O-Miss game was really good in the national semifinals.

Obviously, last night's national championship game was thrilling.

I mean, it's one of those things where we just get used to having this steady stream of football, and it's about to be over.

Only, what, three NFL games left this season. College football is now done.

Y'all, it's about to be a very long, cold winner with very little football in our lives.

I hope you've been enjoying this. Wish Georgia would have

lasted longer. But really good football game last night. Obviously, we'll talk about that today

very much through the lens of what it means for George and how a Georgia fan should think about it all.

Let me just start with this. You have to openly acknowledge, and I've joked about this. I'm not,

you know, in my ego about this really at all.

It is hard to be as wrong about anything as I have continually been about Indiana. I have doubted them.

I've assumed it was going to be over. And it's not even really about me, but I am willing to acknowledge that for two years now,

I have short-sold what Indiana is.

And now it's over and it's done.

And they've won the national championship.

And I think in my lifetime, the only championship in any sport that probably comes close to this, your mileage may vary.
