Thanksgiving tomorrow in the United States. And so I just thought, you know what, let's just put

this out early so it doesn't launch on Thanksgiving Thursday because I didn't know that that would be that great an idea. But as we're getting

into Thanksgiving and thinking about the holidays, I just thought that this interview that I actually

recorded a couple of months ago with Christy Bowman fit so well because it's talking about how to

honor the important moments in our lives. And for a lot of us as we get into holiday seasons,

that's when we start thinking about these things. You know, what happened to me in the last year?

As you're sitting around the Thanksgiving table and you're thinking about what you're thankful

for in the last year and maybe even what was hard in the last year, you can remember some of those

moments. And so I'm talking to Christy about how to honor those things,
