and Rich how are you? I'm not too bad. How are you? I'm good. I'm much calmer than I thought I was going to be because I had this real feeling that we were going to get the immunity ruling today and that instead of a relatively calm day, I haven't had many relatively calm days recently,

but I thought the day would get away. But we are through the morning, the court issued three opinions. none of them was either the

immunity or the the other opinion we're waiting for on obstruction so at least for

today we're off the Trump appellate hook.

The history is, Andy, whenever you say something's going to be slow or relatively easy day or loop,

something blows up.

So look for that about the 3 p.m. we're recording 10.30 a.m.

here on it if anyone wants to keep track. So let's just hit the Biden executive

order quickly and then we'll get into the latest trial, the Hunter-Biden trial, but Biden had said,

you know, he needed congressional authorization to shut down the border and he was going to do it

at 4,000 encounters a day and this was a major concession that he was making and Republicans had just totally made it impossible for him to enforce the border because they didn't go along with this deal and lo and behold after a lot of towing and froing

he's finally issued an executive order that is supposed to shut down the border on his own authority so no James

Lankford is not necessary and actually at a lower number again theoretically

than what he was offering in the congressional deal 2,500 a day would supposedly trigger

the shutdown.
