Kirby Smart turns 50 years old today. So happy

birthday to Kirby Smart off the top of our very program here today. That's always a really fun thing.

I will remind you of something I've said before that I think it's very telling that our guy, Coach Kirby Smart, has a birthday that's two days before Christmas, a longtime nemesis Nick Saban, no longer a coach.

His birthday is Halloween.

So if you want to know who's a force for good in American life, who is maybe perhaps evil on the wrong side of things, just look at when your birthday comes. If your birthday is right around Christmas, we'd say that's a good sign. If your birthday's on Halloween, as Nick Sabins is, we would say that might be an indicator. You may be working on the forces of darkness. Just something to consider. I don't know. You can decide for yourself how true you think that is. But nonetheless, Kirby Smart does turn

50 years old today. So a very happy birthday for him. And of course, speaking of Christmas,

let me give you a quick update on something before we roll into what is going to be a very,

very fast-paced show for us here today. So today is December 23rd. My daughter has been trying

to make Christmas Eve Eve a thing.

She's been talking to even this morning. Hey, it's Christmas Eve Eve. I think that's her way of

squeezing another gift. Somehow we're also on the hook now for not just Christmas and Christmas

Eve, but Christmas Eve Eve. I don't know if we're going to quite make that a thing or not,

but it is the day before Christmas Eve. So for us, tomorrow and Thursday, which is Christmas Day, in celebration of this great holiday that means so much to so many of us, we're going to go dark. We're going to let our folks who will put the show on, enjoy time with their family and friends. We'll be doing the same thing. So we're going to be celebrating Christmas the next two days. That means no show at all. We're going to have a pre-recorded show coming up for you on Friday the 26th. And in some former fashion, I'm still not 100% sure what we're doing for Monday. But as a lead into being in New Orleans, we're going to have some kind of dog nation daily on Monday.

I'm not 100% sure of the form and shape that's going to take, just yet, but we'll obviously

have it because it's dog nation daily, and it can't be dog nation daily if you don't do it every day.

So that's what that is going to be.
