This monster has scared the people of West Virginia since 1952.

It has a red face, glowing eyes, wears a hood shaped like the Ace of Spades.

Some call it the Braxton County Monster or Braxy for short.

Others think it was a visitor from outer space, even if you don't see it, you'll smell it.

I'm Ella in this week's episode is The Flatwoods Monster.

I feel like I have the week off. I don't have to read the written intro here.

This is a very special episode in week. Obviously we have been joined by who we have now deemed our

junior researcher, my beautiful daughter, Ella Wallace Brown.

That's right. A round of applause for, I mean, we picked this episode for her and we were so

grateful that we were able to take the time to pull out some books. We would like

drew pictures. We'll post up our pictures of our Ella helped. We drew out a reenactment of

the first incident. It's kind of like the first recorded incident, including like

sound waves and smell lines and she's thorough and accurate. I have to say she's a plus 10 out of 10.

We have a book called Cryptids A to Z or I'll post it on our links. It's something like that.

But in it, Bigfoot is going around the country and he visits different cryptids, but it's also

the alphabet. So F is a flatwoods monster and she's always asked, who is that? What is that one?

And so I finally said, do you want us to cover that one? Would you like that? And she said, yes.

So what better time than after three weeks of pure hell to hear from this angel and kind of a

pallet cleanser a bit? Definitely. Yeah. This one is chosen by her. We've like mentioned it off

hand. I think you said something like, well, you know, Ella's favorite cryptids is a flatwoods monster.
