Episode 26, Dunkirk Part 2.

General court, commanding officer of the BEF, decided to take his men that had been

allocated to help counterattack to the south, to close off the expanding German corridor

created by the panzers, and instead used them to attack the German infantry forces to

the north that had managed to get between the Belgium and British forces.

This meant the hope for offensive was done for, but in reality, it didn't have much of

a chance of working.

It would have been too little, too late anyway.

Court decided the men would be better used, and slowing down the infantry of Army Group
