Okay, I'm coming to you from 2025 here to say that, I am so sorry. Where have I been lately? I didn't realize

that I got three podcasts behind. I knew that I had missed one, and then I went out of town,

and then when I came back, I missed another. And I am so sorry and just want to tell you I thought about putting all the old

ones back up, but decided that you can do hard things. So if you go back to season three,

you can catch the ones you missed. They are episode 22, 23, and 24. But I wanted to start

with this week's episodes so that it didn't get

all confusing and you didn't get lost. And I know how people are. You probably aren't going to

go back and listen to the old ones. So let's just start from this week, right? But I want to

thank Carl Spicks for reaching out. He's the only person that

says, hey, it's been a lot of weeks. Where are you? I hope you're okay. I miss you. I miss your
