welcome to episode 26.

D'urf get us started right with the intro.

What happened last time?

We went to the swamp and met Dennis,

who's a good guy, kind of a gun slinger,

has extremely advanced weaponry for this setting.

And we helped him harvest baby animals

and make them into a stew.

And then I did some magic which made the baby animals parents very mad and they came and fought us and we killed them all and then we ate their children.

And now we are in a hut in the middle of the swamp hopefully about to take a long

rest because nobody has any spells left.

Yeah, morbid but accurate, yes, absolutely. Okay, so yeah, you are in Dennis's cabin. You are ready to, I guess, go to bed. I don't think, I think I think we ended the night with you guys kind of telling

stories around around the hearth as you finished cleaning up the mess of the bogwids that you

attacked so you guys head to bed and the next morning, Dennis, or I guess you have a long rest, right?

I hope so because we need it. Yeah. Okay, you definitely have a long rest and in the morning Dennis takes you out and back

down to the raft where you coast along the swampy river.

It's a little bit brighter.

It's still pretty dark, even though it's morning, the sun's up,

but just the denseness of this swamp makes it just dim and dull and dank.

And Dennis takes you out, and you travel down the river for a couple hours

before he finally goes ashore and lets you out.
