PANDORA's Box, the Living Dead, all watched over by machines of loving grace.

If you are in any way familiar with the alternative media in recent years and if you're watching and or listening to the corporate report I'll assume that you are, then you are undoubtedly already familiar with at least some of Adam Curtis's voluminous documentary work.

If not by name, at the very least you are familiar with certain passages

of it which have been oft-sighted in the alternative media literature over the past several years.

But just to make sure that we are all on the same page,

just for the record, we should establish the who, what, where, when, and whys of Adam Curtis,

who is a British filmmaker, a documentary filmmaker, who was born in 1955.

He grew up in what has been described as a left-wing family environment

and ended up attending Mansfield College at the University of Oxford

where he studied a course a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Sciences including

such detailed courses as genetics,

evolutionary biology, psychology, politics,

anthropology, and statistics.
