It's a restructuring, so it's not like being shut down.

But they have like so much debt.

It's like over a billion dollars in debt.

It's kind of a mess. And it's also really funny to me because

like Tupperware is all about quote sustainability but they just keep cranking out

all of these different colored plastic things and expect you to buy all this reusable stuff when you have

more than enough reusable stuff in your cabinets at home.

So it's very interesting.
