Well, hi there. How are you? This is podcast episode number 258 where we're going to talk today about who is in your circle, who's in your inner circle, who's in your top five, who's all up in your business, like literally, but that's what we're going to talk to.

That's what I want to talk to you about today. I just want to know what kind of people that you are surrounding yourself with.

I want to know if you're always the smartest one in the room. I want you to be able to look at who is challenging you in business and pulling you up to another level.

Because I think a lot of times we have that in our personal life, but we forget to like really recognize the need for that in our business world.

So that's what we're going to talk about today.

Okay, so I want to just challenge you today.

We're getting ready to launch the better way program, which is a program where I teach eight different ways of making money in the online space.

Some of you may have taken it five or six years ago when it was called creators roadmap.

And now it's called the better way program been completely redundant, et cetera.

So as we're getting ready to launch that our team, we've been discussing just the importance of women having people that they are surrounding themselves with who are going to like call them up to a higher level in business.

Women who are going before us who are like, come on girl, I want to teach you what I know also then women coming up behind us like I think that we forget sometimes that the concepts in the Bible also apply in business.

So when you think about like the tightest two women and there's always, you know, somebody kind of going before you who's like, come on girl, this is the way.
