Hello and welcome to the Pink Bike podcast. This week, I'm joined by Mike and Sarah via The Wonders of the Internet, whereas we've actually been up in Whistler, kind of getting cabin

fever and driving each other crazy for the last two weeks.

Kaz, was it nice to have a weekend without me and your hair?

It was nice. I enjoyed it. Yeah.

I mean, with everybody in my hair, it's just me. I had my house to myself, so it was just me.

I just, yeah, I wrote my bike. Yeah, do you ever, we're getting pretty late into the season now.

We've just done two weeks of intensive bike riding.

And honestly, we rode these sort of 140, 150 more trail bikes on a wide variety of trails.

That said, there is some great stuff on the creek side side of Whistler that's lift access

that's appropriate for riding trail bikes

on, and we smashed a lot of laps on them too. How is your mind and body, as we draw it to

end of the season, because my, my wrists hurt, my ankles hurt. I'm not sure I want to go back up.

Yeah, I'm actually doing all right. It was pretty, yeah, it was good. I mean, even on the way back, though, it was funny because Dario and I were talking.

We just rode bikes, like, for so many days in a row, and we were both excited to ride this past weekend.

So I think that's a good sign.

It was nice.

Yeah, my body's doing all right.

It didn't.

Yeah, so far, so good. but it's been a long we had quite a mild winter i feel like it's been a long season i'm yeah i am excited

yeah to be fair i am excited for skiing like it's going to be nice to get some like time off the

bike to replace you know bikes with powder for a little bit but for now i'm still excited this is my

favorite time of year when it kind of starts raining and gets a little wet and greasy i like it
