With Matty Backpacks we talk the origin of his nickname, how his mindset changed going from starting games to now occasionally closing them, recap the best game he's ever pitched, how hard it is to make it in the bigs when you're from the northeast, how everything clicked for the Sox and their bullpen in the postseason last year, figuring out how to pitch at the big-league level, his defining moment as a pro and whether or not he's converted some of his Yankee fan friends over to supporting the Sox.
