I'm a Thrive certified coach and I have lost about 100 pounds.

I'm super duper awesome.

Yeah, that's true.

I am fighting a constant battle.

Yeah, you are fighting a constant battle against being too awesome.

Too awesome.

In my opinion.

Like you're certified awesome as well as a certified Thrive Coach and Tiny Habits Coach.

I am certified at nothing.

But I am your husband.

And I've lost about 100 pounds. And that was about five years ago that I hit that mark and have kept it off. And we're here to talk about it.

Yep. And you know what? I might be certified in many things. But you do all the electricity for the show. I don't know how it does it. I sit on the couch and I talk about things. And magically, people around the world get it just like on

Christmas night. When Santa Claus magically flies around the world, delivering gifts,

you press a button somewhere on the internet

right and our podcast is delivered to all it's just the like do podcast button and everything

everything just happens i imagine something like from uh the flintstones where there's like some sort

of teradactal in the background and then you've got like a spinning wheel that's doing stuff. So you understand it way better than you let on. Oh, speaking of
