Hi, everyone. I hope you had a good week. So my guest on the podcast this week is Tom Hamlet,

and we chat for the better part of an hour and a half and talk through absolutely everything,

including a bunch of hot topics that came up in the Bravo world this week. But one thing that we

didn't get into as much I want to touch on now,

which is the potential lawsuit that Bethany is threatening Bravo and NBC Universal with.

It appears that she has hired two big-name attorneys Brian Friedman and Mark Garagos to wage a war on NBC and Bravo its subsidiary.

And she claims that she's recruited over 80 people in this effort.

Now, my understanding is that thus far, her lawyers have sent a letter to NBC Universal and

Bravo but have not filed any lawsuits and they don't name anyone specifically in the letter

but there are a lot of allegations in the letter these allegations include that the network makes deliberate attempts to manufacture

mental instability by plying their talent with alcohol while depriving them of food and

sleep, as well as denying mental health treatment for those displaying obvious and alarming

signs of mental deterioration.

The letter also accuses Bravo and NBC of distributing and or condoning the distribution

of non-consensual pornography and calls out the distribution of revenge porn, but it does not go

into specific details. So these types of statements lead me to believe that

Rachel Levis is involved in this. And I can definitely see how her family would want to get in touch

with Bethany and kind of ride her coattails on this potential lawsuit, given everything that went on

with Rachel. Now, the questions I have

are who is actually part of this and are any of them current Bravo talent or are they all sort of
