worse? Of course. Year by year? Of course. Screen time. What? Screen time. It's more than just

scream time. It's because we're putting so much focus and attention

and thoughts about sleep that it's actually interfering with our sleep. So I don't think that's

the universal issue across the board. No, 100%. This is why we're doing this podcast right now.

But as in everybody in America is losing sleep because they're thinking about sleep. No, what I'm saying is, listen, I'm saying, I'm not generalizing right now.

What I'm saying is we are spending over, well, billions of dollars a year on ways to improve our overall sleep.
