to cover today, including, check this out, the parting January 6th writer, Taylor Toronto,

wandering around Jamie Raskin's neighborhood, alarming prosecutors, plus Judge Bowsberg,

surprisingly reversing course. This was surprising to me. He reversed course on blocking pardon

interrectionists from getting refunds on their restitution. Yeah. And this is a pretty narrow thing.

I don't think it's going to count for everybody, hopefully at least. And Trump is trying to weasel his way out of the civil lawsuit filed against him for his role in the attack on the Capitol. This lawsuit survived all the early motions to dismiss, 12 motions to dismiss. But he's still trying to get out of it.

We're going to talk about that.

And we're starting to get some discovery in the smartmatic Fox News defamation suit.

It's like a $1.6 billion lawsuit, I think.
