We're here with you today because it is a holiday. It's President's Day.

Even if it wasn't, I'd be here with you because it is Monday. I'm so excited today because I don't

know what I don't know, but I do know that this show is going to

explain a few things to you. It's called Democrats. Don't mess with my cheese. Don't move my cheese.

I know. Change. You know, the winds of change are upon us,

and that's what's got everybody running. They're all running for their camps. They're running for

their caves, because these people are cave creatures.

So the first part of the show, the first part of the show is change sucks.

Part two is you don't know what you don't know.

And part three is over and over.

Now my audience, Congress, has not yet enacted any of the 12 bills for fiscal year 2025 that make up the discretionary spending budget.

Hmm, hmm, hmm.

So in a shutdown, federal agencies must discontinue all non-essential discretionary functions until new funding

legislation is passed and signed into law.

Essential services continue to function, as do mandatory spending programs. The current

funding of the government is set until March 14th or so. Representative Eric Swalwell of

California said on Friday on MSNBC that President Donald Trump is already shutting down the government.

So Democrats should not vote to fund it.
