Summary

Edward Theodore Gein sometimes referred to as the Butcher of Plainfield was an American murderer, suspected serial killer and body snatcher. Gein gained notoriety in November of 1957 after local authorities discovered that he had a collection of fashioned keepsakes from human bones and skin. Today we dive into the psyche of one of the most deranged murderers ever. We'll also discuss the lives of his 2 known victims as well as the up to 40 others, whose bodies he desecrated on his property and were discovered when his home was raided.
