You can really feel the season's getting closer.

Just the conversation around college football is really picked up.

And around Georgia, I think it's getting really interesting as people kind of really try to zero in on and kind of come to some strong and final conclusions about just how good Georgia might be here this season and the steps that George is taking to be perhaps

even better than it was a year ago when it still won the SEC and of course beat Texas twice

and made the college football playoff and yet probably didn't certainly not accomplish all of

its end of season goals. How is it that Georgia is sort of taken some steps to be maybe even better than that here

this year?

There were people, we talked about this a lot yesterday, we'll do more of this here today,

that we're lucky enough to see the scrimmage that Georgia did on Saturday, the McGill Society,

the landed gentry that make up that August body, they in the

stadium that day, getting a chance to see it. A little bit of, you know, mixed reviews about

various aspects of what went on there. But I tell you, one of the things that we keep hearing a lot

about, boy, how good is this, you know, Kobe Young or how good is, you know,

the stuff you're hearing right now is like a Zachariah Branch over and over again. That's

really the name I meant to say a minute ago. Zachariah Branch drawing rave reviews from this

scrimmage of, you know, making catches and doing some stuff in the return game, already a dynamic athlete,

really looking the part we're told here at Georgia.
