Hey folks, welcome to show 251, the show after the morning before the night passed.

Something like that.

It's just me today.

Ellis is playing the part of Santa for his local Rotary Club and is sort of still recovering from the hangover.

It was horrible scenes in the streets of Crystal Palace as a sleigh guided by a Nissan Kashkai ran amok.

And Ellis, though technically not in charge of the sleigh, was sort of responsible for a lot of the damage done.

Anyway, we wish him safe and quick recovery.

Some emails today, and most of them read out on the show, but just a couple to read here.

Our OAPCD this week is Jill or Gill.

And Jill or Gill says, I'm an OAPCD nearing my 76th birthday and one of three generations of

PCD's in my family.

So just to interrupt there, that is the record so far for the oldest OAPCD.

Is it? 76. 76 so far from the ones

that have emailed in. Although not having tasted the live vibe of many bands over the years,

my first gig was the Rolling Stones at the London Palladium. It included Brian Jones on piano.

Does that make me on brand? Why, yes, it does Gill slash Jill.

Ellis would be super jealous of that. Since being introduced to the podcast by my daughter and reaching

retro one status, you have become, in some sweet way, surrogate grandsons to me.

Well, you can be my actual grandparent, if you like. All mine have passed because of fags.
