Hello, hello, everyone.

We are back.

We are so excited.

I am too.

I am really excited because I am going to be presenting a case that I saw in residency,

and I'm just thrilled to get to hear the team discuss it and hear their thoughts.

So without further ado, so this is a case of a 55-year-old male and has a past medical history of heart failure with now recovered EF, non-obstructive

coronary artery disease, hypertension, some KD with a baseline creatin around 2.2,

and a prior DVT several years ago, but not currently

on anticoagulation, who presented to the ED with about two days of progressively worsening

dysmia. The patient was initially on nasal cannula, but pretty quickly transitioned to

bipap with respiratory distress. I know that's not a lot of information,

but let's just step into the shoes of our amazing ED colleagues right now.
