Alright, before we get started, I want to tell all of our listeners something that I think is very, very important.

0:06.0

Listen, unless you've been living under a rock over the last couple of weeks, you've heard all about the coronavirus,

0:11.0

and you've probably seen the hysteria that has spilled over to the stock market,

0:15.0

we have seen record losses in recent days, and a lot of that has to do with the coronavirus,

0:21.0

and perhaps an overreaction. In my opinion, the market will correct itself.

0:27.0

Now, why am I telling you all of this? Well, because your money is important,

0:32.0

and you don't have to have money in the stock market for this to be relevant to you.

0:36.0

and my near 20-year career today is the lowest I've ever seen interest rates.

1:12.0

That's worth mentioning again. I've been doing mortgages for 19 years,

1:17.0

and in the entire time I've done it, I've never seen interest rates as low as they are right now.

1:22.0

This represents real opportunity, but the correction is coming.

1:27.0

This hysteria will dot down, coronavirus will have a solution,

1:31.0

the stock market will correct, the 10-year bond will fall, and interest rates will rise.

1:37.0

I don't know when, but I know for sure that is how the story ends,

1:41.0

and I can't encourage you enough if you're in a 30-year loan,

1:45.0

or if you've got credit card debt, there's never been a better time to consolidate
