Hello and welcome to the Pink Bike podcast. This week is the field test round tabled from our downhill bikes earlier in the summer.

Now, this is pretty cool. This is something that we let run its course and talk about our genuine real feelings just after we finish the test.

However, there is a bike that a lot of you have brought up in the comments and we even discuss in this podcast.

So before you run to the comments, hold fast for just another week because who knows, we might have conducted an extra special after hours field test review for that very, very special bike to come out next week.

Matt, it's been a hell of a couple of weeks.

Testing downhill bikes.

We've been very lucky boys to have the opportunity to ride five of sort of the latest and greatest downhill bikes. Big question, maybe one for the

philosophers. Is this a group test or is this a field test? What is the difference? That's a good

question. I guess it's not quite as in depth or widespread in terms of like where we're riding

them or how many people are riding them or how many bikes we even have.

But you and I have spent a fair bit of time on these bikes and being downhill bikes using

a chairlift, we've gotten into it pretty

quick. Yeah, totally. I feel like with the field test, it's something that's going to happen,

hello high water. This has been quite something that you and I have made happen because we really

love downhill bikes. Yeah. So I think that maybe whilst we kind of commit to field tests,

long in advance, this is going to be

the 2024 field test, this is what it's going to look like. This was maybe slightly more fluid

in how it came together, which is not a bad thing, but it wasn't the case of, we're going to

this destination and we've got this big house and blah, blah, blah, it was a case of let's get

the bikes and we will just make it happen, whatever it is.

And I think it's definitely been more of a fluid thing, but it has been a kind of amazing
