talk on the state of full self-driving and more. Oh, What's happening friends Ryan McCaffy with you for episode 247 of Ride the Lightning the

Tesla unofficial podcast this one for April 26th 2020 the great Daisy the

boxer puppy alongside me as always and it is yet another busy week of Tesla News. Next week

promises to be busy as well we've got the earnings call for Q1 to look forward to.

That one's going to be interesting because we of course had the very

tail end of that quarter affected by the quarantine-related shutdown of the Tesla factory. So stay tuned for next week's episode of this podcast

for my recap and analysis which will include a lot of great audio clips from

Elon Musk and the Tesla executive team.

Also, some big news popping in at the end of the week,

the new software version rolling out 20.12.6, heading out 20.12.6 heading out wide now and this includes stop sign and stoplight recognition.

So if you've got hardware three, that's the full self-driving computer, and you've

purchased the full self-driving software package, this is coming your way any time now. In fact, perhaps you've already received it by the time

you are hearing this podcast. I have not just yet because as I'm recording, it has just started

going out within hours, so haven't seen any

notification pop up on my phone just yet but I am looking forward to giving it a

test drive quite literally I'll share my impression certainly next week

assuming that I hopefully fingers crossed do get the update some time between now and

then all right let me get started with the first story of the week

and that is our headliner, the Model S's performance on the heels of the Cheetah Stance launch mode that I had previously told you about a week or two back.
