Hey friends, Jennifer here. Welcome back to the podcast. So I'm going a little rogue today with what I'm supposed to be talking about on the podcast.

What I'm actually going to talk about on the podcast. I'm actually recording this the day after I just had my mastermind here in Kansas City.

And we've had ladies from all over the US who either flew or drove into Kansas City for like an evening dinner and then a full days events with us.

And I just want to chat about some of the takeaways from that mastermind because we have there was 30 some women that were able to attend in person.

I had three of the ladies that were for me full time. They're on team all with three of my employees were here. We didn't bring the entire team in, but we brought in those three and we just had an incredible couple of days and I'm processing it this morning.

And and just want to kind of chat with you about some of the takeaways that I had not necessarily specifically about business, but, but also about business, I guess.

And just encourage you both in life and in business.

About a few of these things.

So one of my takeaways today was that it is so impossible to separate your life from your business when you are a small business owner when you're an entrepreneur and it can be really, really lonely to run a business.

And just some of the conversations we were having in the room about how, you know, nobody else in their family really understands the things that, you know, they, some of my entrepreneurs worry at night, like, I need to schedule social media. I need to hire somebody.

Am I going to make payroll, you know, those, those types of conversations and those types of worries are really, they're specific only to business owners alone.

People that don't have a business, they don't, they don't understand like the stress of that, the heaviness of that, the, just the, the weight of that.

And it just, it made me walk away thinking, gosh, it's so important to have other people in your corner, who understand what it is that you're doing not just, you know, great friends and your spouse, if you're married and your sister, because you love her.

People who are also business owners, who are, who literally will not only empathize with some of the things you're going through, but also call you up to something different to something better and help pull some gifts out of you.

That they know are necessary to do the thing that you, you know, are wanting and supposed to be doing. And so one of the takeaways that I had is just gosh, it is, it is imperative, I think, as a business person.

Just to not be doing things alone. There are free groups all over the place online. I do think, by the way, that it's harder to really meet people at a more personal in depth level in those.

There are paid business groups all over the place. There are masterminds all over the place. I have mine. There's, you know, so many of them out there. And yeah, life short, business is hard.

Don't do it alone. Either one of them. I think that he's about to you sure.
