I don't know about you guys but I had a fantastic weekend. That's good. What made it so fantastic?

We went on a company retreat. We, uh, before we came into town and I got a little air b and be

it was turn out was super cheap it's just like come out in the middle of nowhere

which i guess was what was cheap but it was on a lake and it was a cool little cabin.

And so we spent the weekend out there just like talking and brainstorming and thinking about future stuff and like how to make regular current stuff more you

know comfortable and not so rushed all the time and like talked about what

everybody did and how we could share workload and just hung out.

We played games and cook steaks and it was awesome.

The iPhones, no computers?

No, we had lots of that stuff,

but it was really mostly,

it was mostly, you know, face-to-face conversation,

just like sitting around a table or sitting around couches,

like, just brainstorming, which I think the whole purpose of it was to do that because in the

shop, I mean you guys know how it is like when you're faced with tools and you're faced with

deadlines you never really take the time to let your mind wander as far as it could go, you

know without distraction. And so part of it was just being out there and not having

anything else to do and just like we now have time to talk through these crazy rabbit trails and see where they could go and it and it was totally worthwhile because

I can't tell you any of the stuff obviously but we talked really far down a couple of

roads that we never would have made time for before and walked away with some pretty incredible opportunity.

So it was good, it's real good.
